Designed as the ultimate family staycation, the family package at Wildlife Retreat Taronga includes:

- Intimate wildlife tours into the zoo (including after dark when the gates are closed),
- A-la-carte breakfast
- Two-day zoo access for the family
As part of the Family Escape Package, guests can enjoy an afternoon tour of ‘The Sanctuary’. In The Sanctuary you get up close to Australian wildlife including wallabies, bettongs, short-beaked echidnas and koalas. While the sun is setting the animals come out to play. And then your family can join one of Taronga’s guides a special family-friendly tour to meet some nocturnal residents.
For families looking for a little more luxe, the Ultimate Retreat Package is also available. This package includes a room with stunning views of Sydney Harbour, as well as fine dining and a range of intimate wildlife experiences.
About the Family Packages at Wildlife Retreat Taronga
Rates for the Family Escape Package start at $690 per night for two adults and two children. It includes:
- à-la-carte breakfast,
- Immersive and exclusive Australian animal experiences (including a family night walk)
- Complimentary general admission to Taronga Zoo.
The Family Escape Package is available to book every day of the school holidays and then Thursdays-Saturday nights during the school term.
